Beautiful land tract in a great part of Haralson County! The Mountain View Community is an incredible part of Haralson County and gets its name honestly….the elevations in this part of the county provide incredible views! Just minutes from the County Seat of Buchanan this property is the perfect blend of privacy and convenience! This tract has been in the same family for three generations and the current owner has decided to sell off an approximate 23 Acre parcel that is separated from the larger parcel by Mt. View Loop. Situated between Mountain View Church and a Weyerhaeuser Timber Tract this little spot is an outstanding property. The front portion of the property is thick with young pines but as the property gently rolls to the creek in the rear of the parcel the timber becomes hardwoods. With native Azaleas and ferns along the creek bank this property has everything. Property is in a 10 Year Covenant and Buyers will be required to renew. County water and power are on the road. Excellent place to build your dream home.
